I need an exercise or something that I can do to stretch out my sides. I have noticed that my right side tightens up a lot lately and it's very comfortable. Any suggestions?

Does anyone have a good one they use? I have gotten some cheapy ones in the past but would love to get one that's good. Especially if someone has had a good experience with it already. LOL I do enough walking everyday now I want to see how far I walk each day.

Staying Balanced on a Stability Ball?

I do a seated leg and arm raise for one of my strength exercises. My problem is I can't really keep the ball stable the whole time. I wobble from side to side. Any suggestions on how to keep it more stable? When I sit on it is the time I have the most issues with it.
